Job Title: CompounderJob DescriptionWe are a manufacturer of personal care products including soaps, lotions, and body washes. We are currently seeking candidates to join our compounding group. As a Compounder, you will be responsible for measuring and mixing materials to form batches of product for the filling machines. Candidates must be willing to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.ResponsibilitiesMeasure and mix materials to form batches of product.Ensure the proper operation of filling machines.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.Perform basic shop math calculations.Essential SkillsExperience in manufacturing.Ability to operate a forklift (not required for pre-weigh).Proficiency in basic shop math.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in compounding and batching.Knowledge of chemical operations.Experience in production, manufacturing, and machine operation.Ability to troubleshoot issues.Experience in packaging, blending, and batch making.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Groveport, Ohio.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $50440.00/yr.Lots of opportunity for advancement, competitive pay, extremely stable company Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K w/ company matchWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Groveport,OH.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Mar 28, 2025.About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
