A/B : Cadre d’emplois des attachés et des Rédacteurs SERVICE DE LA COMMANDE PUBLIQUE Au sein de la Direction administrative et juridique (D.A.J) : - Pilote et anime une politique Achats ambitieuse et responsable - Elabore, suit et contrôle des procédures de marchés publics - Pilote la gestion des approvisionnements, des stocks, de la logistique des achats transversaux de la ville - Participe aux projets structurants : 60 M d’€ d’investissement Votre contribution au sein de notre collectivité Sous l’autorité du Responsable du service administratif et juridique, l’adjoint responsable du service de la Commande publique est chargé de : - Mise en œuvre des orientations en matière de commande publique et accompagnement des directions opérationnelles - Mettre en œuvre les orientations politiques en matière de commande publique - Accompagner et conseiller des directions opérationnelles sur les procédures de passation et d’exécution des contrats de commande publique, - Valider des dossiers de consultation, ainsi que des analyses d’offres, des rapports et suppléance de la responsable du service, - Produire des outils d’information et élaboration de formations à destination des directions opérationnelles, Pilotage de l’activité du pôle marchés publics : - Encadrer et accompagner des chargés de gestions (4 agents dont 3 de catégorie A et 1 de catégorie B), - Élaborer et suivre des outils de pilotage, - Relire et valider des dossiers de consultations, des rapports d’analyse…, - Suivre l’organisation des Commissions d’appels d’Offres, - Suivre l’archivage des dossiers, - Suivre des actes d’exécution des marchés publics… LES ATOUTS du service DE LA COMMANDE PUBLIQUE Une équipe dynamique de 13 personnes aux compétences ancrées dans la transversalité et en lien permanent avec les directions métiers de la collectivité.
