JOB TITLE:
System Test Engineer – FMS Datalink (Remote)
ABOUT THE JOB:
This position is responsible for system/software verification of the Datalink function for a Flight Management System (FMS) in a commercial aircraft application.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Embedded Avionics System Test experience
System Test Case Development experience
Automated System Test Procedure Development experience
Visual Basic scripting language experience
Excellent communication skills with a positive client-facing demeanor
Ability to quickly grasp new processes and tasks
Strong self-motivation and initiative
Strong accountability and task ownership
Team-driven mentality
Willingness to provide assistance to other team members to resolve issues/roadblocks
Experience working with remote team members
PREFERRED SKILLS:
FMS experience (highly preferred)
FMS Datalink and/or ACARS experience
