Job Description

Provides SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central support during implementation, post Go-Live, regular operation and replication topics. Participates in other countries' SAP SFSF Employee Central integrations within the Company by providing support as an active member of projects. Configures and maintains SAP SFSF Employee Central replication to the SAP ERP HCM System of employee data, which includes Organizational Structure and Personnel Information. Main contact person on HR IT MX SAP SFSF and SAP HCM Integration via SCPI middleware. Configures SAP HCM application for Organizational Management and Personnel Administration modules. Researches and resolves SAP HCM productive environment issues

Ensures appropriate and adequate testing of configuration and/or process changes.

Develops SAP HCM application via programming on

ABAP

and enhances functionality by use of BAdIs.

Recommends best practice SAP HCM/SFSF EC solutions.

Utilizes Company's incident and change management tool to receive and act upon customer requirements.

Ensures that all SAP transports are approved by incident and/or change management requestor prior to introduction into productive environment(s).

Resolves incidents and change requests within Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters.
