Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to identify and understand current finance workflows. Analyze and review processes such as invoicing, cash application, accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement, monthly close, reporting, and treasury management. Gather and document requirements to drive process improvements and standardization. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience: 5-10 years of business analysis in finance/accounting. Familiarity with GAAP standards and strong finance knowledge. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus. Proven track record in process flow diagramming. Experience with Six Sigma and process standardization/improvement is a plus. Skills: Excellent facilitation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (especially working with large datasets). Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster trust and collaboration among internal teams and clients. Client-facing experience is a bonus. Why Join Us?
