```html Job Description Align APJ unconstrained demand forecast with the BU, commercial and product management teams. Drive APJ Forecasting metrics. Ensure SKU unit/case demand alignment is translated to Operations. Align the demand plan with the site planning team to assure the right net demand to be loaded to the site (Global level for the sites within region).

Responsibilities:

Forecast less inventory = demand plan.

Send APJ Demand Plan to the Site Production Planning Team to develop the constrained supply plan = Feasible Supply Plan 12 – 18 months out.

Communicate constraints and allocations to the BU, customer and sales teams (SOP needed).

Drive gap allocation processes together with other regions and the site planning team (lead by the analytics team) for short term and long-term strategic planning.

Manage the manual allocation process for day-to-day execution.

Drive the product segmentation and alignment with commercial to decide on the right supply chain setup.

Conduct the SIOP demand review meetings, bridge regional plan to regional financial plan.

Plan ramp up and ramp down scenarios for new product introductions and product discontinuations.

Support Global projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required.

3-5 years people management experience required.

10 years work experience in an MNC environment required.

Technology:

Demonstrated expertise in ERP/MRP Planning systems, including all relevant planning parameters such as inventory controls, replenishment, warehouse management and procurement functionality in ERP and best-of-breed software solutions is strongly preferred, with specific emphasis on SAP ECC, EWM and APO.

Insight into and experience with systems, including ones that are useful for short-term planning processes and ones that facilitate collaboration with external team members.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).

Supply Chain Knowledge:

Strong planning/purchasing systems knowledge. Solid understanding of concepts of inventory flow throughout the supply chain (inventory management and distribution planning).

Analysis:

Data gathering, quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, including business process metrics and measures linking to business Key Performance Indicators. Ability to develop and provide reports to satisfy ongoing inquiries on inventory, capacity, and product availability.

Written and Verbal Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate critical information across the organization, including listening to multiple viewpoints and assessing their relevance to the success of S&OE outcomes.

Problem Solving:

Good problem solving and reasoning skills to optimally deal with problems varying in complexity relative to job level.

Conflict Management:

Understands organizational "hot spots" and focuses diverse groups on common organizational outcomes. Fosters productive dialogue and manages high-tension situations with subtlety and tact to maintain credibility and influence.
