Position Details

Were seeking an exceptional technical leader to play a crucial role in guiding our solution architecture, developing our software team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. The software engineering lead will spearhead various technology initiatives spanning mobile/web applications, and backend cloud architecture. This individual will foster innovation, champion agile and AI tools and methodologies, and ensure strategic alignment across our functional teams.

  • Drive the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Build, mentor, and lead an internal team of software developers, and manage our distributed team of external developers
  • Manage day-to-day development activities across multiple projects, ensuring projects are transparently communicated, delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of hands-on development experience with mobile, web, and services
  • 5+ years of experience managing software development teams
  • Proven expertise in developing mobile applications (iOS/iPadOS preferred) with modern languages such as Swift, React Native, and Node
  • Track record of delivering solutions within a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
  • Proficient in Relational and NoSQL databases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with public-facing frameworks, SDKs, and APIs
  • Knowledge of hardware/firmware development and/or IoT environments
  • Background in developing PCI & SOC2 compliant solutions
