Our teams develop and release over 100 new products a year and continue to grow our vast patent portfolio.Position Overview: The Calibration Technician will provide calibration and test support to the engineering department. Responsibilities Include: Performs calibration according to written procedures on measuring and testing equipment. Performs routine test equipment calibration according to SOP requirements. Equipment repair and maintaining logs and calibration records. Prescribe and implement effective preventative maintenance program to avoid premature failures. Initiates and/or institutes changes to calibration and test procedures. Required Experience and Education: Associates of Science (AS) or equivalent experience in related field. 2+ years of experience with calibration, inspection, measuring, and test equipment. Must be familiar with Fluke 5520A or 5522A as well as MET TEAM/METCAL. Experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting to the component level is preferred. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and interface effectively with fellow team members. Able to work well in a fast-paced professional environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, highly organized, computer literate. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Pay rate: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
