Outreach Coordinator

Summary: This split-role position provides a multitude of administrative services that supports a variety of subscriber engagements within the Digital Studio offerings, and Outreach Connect programs. It will also support the program development and account acquisition activities of the Aculist NDR program. The successful candidate will work easily and effectively across multiple workgroups and projects, while receiving guidance, and critiques from multiple sources. Responsibilities: bility to coordinate and schedule Strong ability to manage chat room posts, capture follow-up action-items and attendance numbers Set up workshop setups, calendaring, and attendance management Digital resource management within SharePoint application KPI tracking, compiling, and publishing Data mining, compiling and verification processes within Excel worksheets Expectations: Highly attentive to the details. Be comfortable on-camera at remote internal, events and meetings Must work West Coast work hours Prompt and professional communications with subscribers, colleagues and leadership Become proficient in Listing Management, Matrix, Realist and Aculist Willingness and ability to learn and use new tools Strong organizational skills Ability to be flexible Qualifications: PowerPoint skills. Intermediate level, or better Admin experience Highly proficient with MS Office, MS Teams, MS Share Point, Zoom, and YouTube channel management Preferred Skills (not required): Webex Skills (not required but would be nice) Experience in real estate or real estate software applications gets bonus-points Salesforce experience gets bonus-points
