Join Ennoble Care todayJob descriptionWe are seeking a full-time Intake Nurse (LPN) position for our Sandy Springs office in GeorgiaEnnoble Care values Honoring the patients we serve.Providing high quality care in a strong team-oriented environment. Come be a part of a great team, passionate about providing excellent patient care and having a great time working together.Position Responsibilities:Answering phones, receives all referral and intake information.Complete referral/intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval.Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer.Check common working files for Medicare Coverage and verification of benefit period.Ordering medical supplies.Responsible for maintaining records for past and present patients.Log in and out physician orders and mail orders to the appropriate physicians.Prepare paperwork for IDG meetings.Send attending physicians IDG updates following IDG meetings.Maintain medical records in locked cabinets to assure confidentiality of patient information. Set up new patient clinical records.File documentation in patient charts in chronological order in appropriate locations.Monitor check-in and check-out of patient charts by office and field staff.Perform other duties as directed.Job Conditions:Office setting that will require regular phone usage, sitting, stooping and lifting of office supplies (ex. printer paper stacks).The job requires the ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other related office equipment.Qualifications:High school graduate or GEDLPN license requiredExperience in a Home Health Care or Hospice setting preferredMust be computer literate and able maintain simple recordsMust be able to communicate effectively orally and in writingMust have at least 3 years of Customer service experienceMust have at least 3 years of EMR System experience#greenFull-time employees qualify for the following benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision and supplementary benefits such as Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent Care, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity.
