Senior Software Engineer - Qt/QML

As a Software Engineer at ICS, you'll join our staff of experts in guiding Fortune 500-caliber clients to create beautiful, elegant, and efficient code for their latest products. As the US leader in Qt development, ICS provides integrated custom software development and UX design for touchscreen, mobile, embedded, and desktop applications for leading brands worldwide. To join our team:
  • Highly experienced in writing code using C++
  • Understand platform-specific considerations and APIs, for developing applications for different operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, Android).
  • Familiarity with various libraries and frameworks, specifically Qt.
  • Strong understanding of writing code using JavaScript. QML experience is a plus.
  • Should be capable of working with web development tools
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS databases
  • Advanced knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and modern SCM
  • Understand memory allocation and deallocation, avoiding memory leaks, and understand smart pointers for better memory handling
  • Should be capable of defining quality and security standards
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to revisit the development process to fix bugs or address client concerns

In the position:

You'll need 5+ years of C++ programming and 3 years of Qt/QML. You'll also need to bring all of the team qualities everyone wants such as solid communication skills, etc....(soft skills - team)
