Construction Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with Project Managers to verify accurate billing quantities, as needed.

Assists in generating and submitting precise and timely progress invoices.

Helps with payroll entries and timecard adjustments.

Possesses basic knowledge of the lien release process.

Ensures subcontractors meet insurance compliance requirements.

Acquainted with cost-coding procedures.

Skilled in cross-checking invoices against quotes for accuracy.

Prior experience in material submittal processes, preferably in the waterworks sector.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Familiar with the Dig Alert ticketing system.

Capable of efficiently requesting, organizing, and monitoring RFQs from vendors and subcontractors.

Familiarity with civil plan interpretation is advantageous.

Experience with on-screen takeoff software is desirable.

Familiarity with database estimating software is beneficial.

Manages administrative tasks such as preparing, sorting, copying, filing, and mailing various documents.

Participates in related special projects as needed.
