As a Sales Associate at Milliman, you are a key player in the ongoing success of our office. We work with clients in all areas of the U.S., and this position will have some travel requirements depending on client assignments and opportunities. Some of the specific duties are listed below:
- Marketing, presenting, and selling of our platform of consulting and underwriting services, especially Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs)
- Building relationships with our primary prospects such as health insurance brokers and Professional Employment Organizations (PEOs)
- Communicating client expectations to our staff to ensure the delivery of our services and fees meet or exceed our client's expectations
- Collecting feedback from our clients and prospective clients to assist with the enhancement of existing products and development of new products
- Trend-setters. Innovation is at the core of our DNA, and that stems from the work ethic of our people. We leverage our experience, client feedback and technology to change the landscape of health insurance with new and extraordinary ideas.

Qualifications:
- S. or B.A.
- GPA of 3.0 or greater
- Previous experience within sales, marketing, or insurance preferred but not required.
This position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha, Nebraska. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time.
