  1. Pizza Preparation and Cooking:
    • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to restaurant recipes and standards.
    • Stretch, roll, and toss dough to achieve the desired crust thickness and shape.
    • Assemble pizzas with various toppings, ensuring even distribution and presentation.
    • Cook pizzas in wood-fired, gas, or electric ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking time to ensure perfection.
  2. Ingredient Management:
    • Maintain a well-organized and stocked pizza station with all necessary ingredients.
    • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages.
    • Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients by following proper storage and rotation procedures.
  3. Food Safety and Cleanliness:
    • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
    • Keep the pizza station clean and organized throughout the shift.
    • Regularly clean and maintain pizza ovens and other equipment.
  4. Customer Service:
    • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking special requests and dietary preferences into account.
    • Ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery to customers.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications:
