Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial construction
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in multifamily construction (10+ stories) in Florida
  • Strong project management and communications skills
  • Ability to read construction blueprint documents
  • Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
  • Procore, Bluebeam or equivalent scheduling software
