Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate XOTIC PC is hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team in Lincoln, Nebraska for a Shipping & Receiving Associate position. If you're organized, motivated, and ready to support the delivery of high-performance workstation and gaming systems, this role offers a great entry point - with room to grow. Key Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately from inventory based on order sheets and system instructions Receive inbound shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips or purchase orders Package customer orders to XOTIC PC's strict packaging and protection standards Ship high-performance desktops, laptops, and accessories with care and precision Unpack and inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies Stock and downstock warehouse inventory on shelving Use ladders safely to place or retrieve product on high shelves Break down boxes and maintain a clean, organized workspace Use carts and transport equipment to move packages and components safely Assist in palletizing larger shipments Lift and carry items weighing up to 5060 lbs Receive forklift operation training (forklift experience is a plus) What We're Looking For Comfortable lifting and moving 50-60 lbs Strong attention to detail and quality Punctual, reliable, and motivated to work Able to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures Willingness to be trained on forklift operation Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a strong plus Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently with a team Position Details Schedule: 40 Hours Monday - Friday (4-day work week option out of season - January through September) Based on-site at our Lincoln, Nebraska warehouse Why Work at XOTIC PC? 4-day work weeks for better work-life balance Unlimited vacation policy Paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Supportive, team-based warehouse culture Employee discounts on premium PCs and gear Hands-on experience at a nationally recognized tech company Opportunities for growth and advancement Location: Lincoln, Nebraska Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written) If you're ready to join a fast-paced environment that rewards hard work and precision - Apply today and help us deliver world-class PC systems at XOTIC PC.
