divh2Sr Spec, Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM)/h2pThe Sr Spec, Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) for Seabed Systems in Hanover, MD will use their past experience in Supply Chain and/or Program or Product Management to lead a cross functional team to develop a robust Supply Chain Strategy, and execute for key programs across the SbS Programs/Products. In collaboration with functional leaders, the Lead SCPM will institute tailored right sized practices and approaches for successful execution on early engineering design efforts, to complete product life cycle with a focus risk and opportunity management to ensure top notch execution. The Lead SCPM will be responsible for program cost, schedule and compliance with internal and external regulations with respect to materials and subcontracts. In this highly visible role, the Lead SCPM will collaborate across functions and be part of the Supply Chain team serving as a key interface to Program and Product Offices, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Operations. This individual will also be a Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain and Programmatic Practices./ppEssential Functions:/pulliServe as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and other functions for key Products/Programs/liliDevelop and execute Supply Chain strategies and actions to support full Program lifecycle/liliEnsure timely completion of all material and subcontract program milestones/liliAs the Programs Material and Subcontracts Cost Account Manager (CAM), be accountable for the material and subcontract program budgets, and drive actions to improve financial performance/liliAnalyze key performance indicators and identify challenged areas and champion continued improvements/liliLead others by influence in a matrixed environment/liliDevelop and Manage Supply Chain Risks Opportunities/liliSupport compliance with all internal policies and external laws and regulations/liliAssist Program Finance in rolling up quarterly financial status against the AOP and Short Term Forecast, EAC and ETC/liliWork with Supply Chain team to develop and support the strategic supplier relationships/liliCoordinate and align supplier strategy with Category Management/liliDevelop Supply Chain Recovery and communicate critical issues to stakeholders with solution focused actions/liliResponsible for all Supply Chain inputs in support of all proposal activities/liliCoordinate Subcontracts involvement with requirements development/li/ulpBasic Qualifications:/pulliMust be a U.S. Citizen/liliBachelors Degree and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior related experience./liliExperience in Supply Chain and Program Management execution across a Product Life Cycle (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR etc.)/liliAbility to communicate effectively, to internal executive leadership or line management both written and verbally/liliNew Business Proposals / Capture Experience on competitive and/or sole source pursuits/liliDemonstrated Management and Leadership experience/liliSubcontractor Management through various stages of development through production/liliAbility to break large complex issues into smaller individual approaches to achieve business objectives/liliEarned Value Management experience / Previous Control Account Manager experience/liliExpertise in FAR, DFARS, ITAR/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliPMP Certification/liliAdvanced degree/li/ulpIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $98,000 - $167,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
