This individual will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, calibration, planning, and troubleshooting relevant to utilities, cleanroom, laboratory, and manufacturing areas. Responsibilities: • Responsible for supporting various aspects of facilities’ maintenance requirements including but not limited to utilities, facilities controls, HVAC, energy savings, and electrical infrastructure. • Assist in day-to-day running of the facility and projects related to planning and implementing the facility infrastructure and utility systems. • Track spare parts inventory within Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). • Manage external vendors and subcontractors in execution of responsibilities and contract requirements. • Troubleshoot any issues with the plant utility systems. • Support ongoing reliability and continuous improvement plans and initiatives. • Review and approve relevant engineering documents related to projects. Qualifications: • Degree in engineering or a science related discipline preferred or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. • Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry or related experience is required. • Previous knowledge using computerized maintenance (CMMS) and SAP systems. • Must have experience in maintenance projects and service vendor management. • Proven experience in coordination of complicated maintenance tasks. • Familiar understanding of industry standards for commissioning, validation, and operation of facilities and utilities for cGMP manufacturing and GXP laboratories.
