About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the FP&A team for the Client Relationship Group in Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) as part of Wells Fargo Advisors.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop a team focused on core financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial and metric reporting, and operating and strategic reviews
  • Serve as the finance leader and partner for key executives
  • Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
  • Make decisions on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting
  • Maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards
  • Lead implementation of complex projects
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives to ensure compliance and manage risk
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Finance
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics
  • Relevant experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, expense management, and business analytics
  • Experience in financial services industry; specifically Wealth Management and/or Consumer Banking areas
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective partnerships with all levels of team members
