Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide guidance and expertise as a subject matter expert on MobileDevice Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and MobileApplication Management (MAM) concepts.

- Design, implement, and manage Intune and Microsoft 365endpoint solutions.

- Manage and maintain endpoint security policies andconfigurations.

- Recommend and implement security best practices to sustain andimprove the security of all mobile devices.

- Understand and resolve complex operational issues impactinguser productivity and design proactive resolutions to address and prevent.

- Analyze, mature, and grow the endpoint service offerings todrive adoption and expand utilization through reporting and key performanceindicators.

- Extensive experience in endpoint management tools such as SCCM(System Center Configuration Manager)

- Experience in managing endpoints like iOS, Android, Windows onMicrosoft Intune platform.

- Experience in implementing Windows Co-management and Autopilotsolutions in the environment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpointsolutions align with business objectives.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices inendpoint management.
