Reviewingcontrolpanelwiringdiagrams.

Performfactoryacceptancetestingofhardwareandsoftware.

AssistwiththedevelopmentoftheprojectP&IDsandoperatingprocedures/trainingmanuals.

Participateinthehazardreviewprocessandothersafetyevaluations

(SILandFaultTreeExperience aplus).

Commissioningthecompletecontrolsystem.

Plantcommissioningsupport,pipingandflowsheetchecking,performancetests,troubleshooting validation,andplantstart? upwhichincludestraveltodomesticandinternationallocations

BSChemicalEngineering.Otherengineeringmajorsconsideredwithapplicableexperience (Chem a plus other degrees OK)

Desiredexperiencewouldbeinnewplantengineeringwithanemphasison plantoperations,startups,andsafety.

Experienceinairseparation,specialtygases,orpetrochemicalindustriesisaplus.

SubstantialrecentworkingexperiencewithSiemensPCS7System.ExperiencewithET200SPHAhardware,andProfinetisaplus.

ExperiencewithEmersonDeltaV,RockwellAutomation,Yokogawa,ABB,orHoneywellaplus.

SkilledinDCS,PLC,andHMIprogramming- a key.

ExperienceinterfacingvariouscontrolsystemstoOPCServerapplicationsandcommunicationtto othercontrolsystemsviaOPC.KnowledgeofgeneralpurposeOPCServerapplicationsfrom MatrikonorOSIPIisdesirable.

ExperienceintegratingcontrolsystemswithMES,DataHistorians,ERP,andotherdatasystems. ExperiencewithFDAValidationisaplus.

Hashadprimaryresponsibilityfordeliveringplantcontrolsystemsontime.

Workingknowledgeofelectricaldesignandpaneldesign.

Workingknowledgeofprocessinstrumentationandinstrumentapplication.

Hasspecifiedandorderedcontrolsystemcomponents..

Travelmayberequired,bothdomesticandinternational.

Travelwillincludetripstoplantsites,andequipmentfabricators.(Estimatedat0?15%/year).
