As part of the sales team, you will capture & sell photos and videos of our guests at different locations within Six Flags Over Texas while also leading 5-10 Retail Associates daily. Bringing out the best in Retail Associates so they crush their daily KPI's all while having a good time too Being a ninja at using empathy and tenacity to problem solve and push your team's peak performance.Personalizing your leadership style to create genuine connections that drive our employee satisfaction culture and positive business outcomes.
