What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the aerospace and defense location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activities. Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Support access control processes by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols for Allied Universal and client reporting purposes. Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment for all occupants and visitors. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
