Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in technical studies and project implementation within a leading industrial setting? Our client, a prominent entity in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a seasoned Senior Process Engineer to spearhead operational excellence in Baytown, TX.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth technical studies and propose optimizations that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Liaise with experts across departments to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with hardware and software systems for process computers.
  • Champion the preparation and review of AFEEs, MOCs, and Incident Reports, addressing technical issues with precision and expertise.
  • Uphold the integrity of the site’s Change program, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring regulatory alignment.
  • Be the go-to problem-solver, supporting the coordination of Analyzer Group activities and Environmental Control departments.
  • Offer hands-on leadership in on-site coordination with quality control and maintenance, ensuring the seamless operation of the plant.

Your Expertise:

  • At least 10 years of chemical process engineering experience.
  • A solid foundation in handling projects exceeding $3 million.
  • Proven prowess in the Nitric Acid field and experience with DCS engineering.
  • A bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
