Our sanitation department plays a key role in ensuring our equipment and machinery are sanitized regularly following food safety protocols to deliver high-quality products that are safe and healthy to enjoy.Shift - 1st Sunday - Thursday 7:00 am -3:30 pm.What you get to doTrain and coaches new associates within the Sanitation DepartmentFamiliar with creating, understanding, and forwarding essential paperworkDemonstrates safe practices and actively seeks to prevent accidents or injuriesDemonstrates knowledge of essential departmental procedures and methodsAttend regularly scheduled meetings with the Facilities Manager/department for information sharing, providing a forum to address concerns, and allowing brainstorming and idea sharing.Capable of utilizing a computer for basic departmental tasksUnderstands key departmental goals and guides other associates in achieving themProblem-solves and makes "judgment calls" when needed Makes decisions with an awareness of the impact on customers and other departmentsEffectively leads others in a manner consistent with Four Seasons' valuesTakes initiative to handle problems and anticipate challengesDemonstrates the ability to take on several tasks at one timeDemonstrates the ability to delegate tasks promptly to other Sanitation AssociatesAdvises on appropriate staffing and schedulingWork Environment /Physical DemandsWork a variety of hours (days, evenings, nights, weekends)Work in an environment that contains:Variable temperatures and humidityOutside inclement weatherExposure to dust, dirt, and noiseCapable of working at different heightsLift, lower, push, and pull, up to 60 lbs. from floor level to overhead positionBend, sit, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, stand, walk, turn/pivot intermittently up to 10 hours per day, 5 days per week.
