This role will work closely with the franchise organization and the FOCUS Brands support teams to support the success of the brands and drive future growth. This individual will on-board and help drive Franchisee's performance by driving new openings, and operational overviews, implementation of training programs and marketing programs as well as relevant quality and service checks with local suppliers. This individual will be responsible in assisting in business planning, forecasting, analysis and providing relevant recommendations for enhancing franchisee(s) business performance. Education Bachelor's Degree Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or other relevant area. Pref Work Experience 7-10 years of leadership experience in managing multi-unit restaurant operations. Pref Proven ability to manage a team of Manager-level team members. Pref Skills and Abilities - Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, effectively presenting information to top management and restaurant operators.

- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effectively manages multiple priorities and workflow.

- Ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization.

- Organized and attention-to-detail approach, including strong analytical and tactical execution.

- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
