This role sits in the Digital Technology Team and is based in the Newstead office near Hamilton.
Firstly, this role provides ICT support services to the business and is an escalation point for complex service desk request resolutions. Secondly, this role gets involved with project work, including application enhancements, cloud migrations, hardware refreshes, and the upcoming Windows 11 upgrade.
With a team who already have a highly credible reputation within the business, you will drive and deliver first class information technology service and solutions that will support the business to achieve huge and influential industry outcomes.
Essential requirements for this role include a tertiary qualification in Information and Communications Technology, a Microsoft Certification and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar of related role. To be successful in this role you will have sound technical knowledge and great technical intuition, but more importantly you will have great relationship skills.
You will know your stuff, be great with people and have an absolute commitment to high quality, seamless service.
