HR Director Our client seeks an experienced HR Director to lead their HR function, driving organizational growth through strategic talent management initiatives. As the HR Director, you will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, development, retention, and compliance, while collaborating closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment with company goals. This role is onsite and open to candidates who reside within the McMinnville, Oregon area. HR Director Responsibilities Lead and guide the HR function, encompassing talent acquisition, career development, retention, leadership development, compensation, and benefits. Develop innovative recruiting and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Collaborate with executive management to design and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plans. Forecast HR staffing needs and budgeting during periods of rapid growth. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Enhance and implement state-of-the-art training programs to support employee growth. Address HR-related issues impacting company success in collaboration with the management team. Leverage resources and support from the central HR headquarters of the parent company. HR Director Qualifications Proven leadership experience in HR at the director level, with a focus on strategy, metrics, and a wide range of HR functions within organizations of 150-500+ employees. Background in manufacturing or related industries, with experience hiring and leading HR teams across various roles. Track record of developing talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth. Experience leading and mentoring high-performance HR teams. Demonstrated success in creating and launching employment branding initiatives and achieving “Best Places to Work” recognition. Proficiency in data-driven HR leadership, utilizing dashboards, KPIs, and technology. Strong emotional intelligence to collaborate effectively across teams and personalities, coupled with an entrepreneurial drive for innovation. Preference for prior experience in multi-site manufacturing and global companies. Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources or related field; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
