Job Type Full-timeDescriptionWe are seeking a CNC Operator to program, set up, and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines used to cut, shape, and form metal pieces. Reading blueprints and performing mathematics associated with machining operationsMounting, installing, aligning, and securing tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machinesRepair or replace die components using Mastercam 2D and 3D softwareMake fixtures, jig components when neededMonitoring machine operations and readouts to ensure proper operationStopping machines to remove finished work pieces or to make adjustmentsUsing hand tools and precision measuring instrumentsMeasuring dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specificationsAlerting supervisor if adjustments are necessary to maintain tolerancesAssisting Maintenance in repair and maintenance of tools and machinesOther Job FunctionsComply with FIC's Safety policies and proceduresComply with TS 16949 and ISO 14001 procedures and standardsPerform 5-S activities Requirements 3+ Years of experience programming and operating a CNC Lathe MachineExperience using Mazak MachineExperience with Mastercam 2D & 3D millingWillingness to cross trainMust be available to work overtime when needed Must be able to work 2nd Shift - Approximate Start Time of 5:00pm90% Company Paid Health BenefitsExcellent Medical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsShort-term disability paid by employerOptional long-term disability, and additional life insurance401k company matchVacation, holiday, and personal days paidAbout FIC America Corp.We use stamping and welding machines to manufacture exhaust, suspension, fuel, environmental, and exterior and interior parts for Nissan, Honda, and Toyota.
