Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Generalist/Employee Relations Specialist fluent in Spanish (preferred), with experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments. This role focuses on providing comprehensive HR support, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, conduct investigations, and promote a positive work environment.
  • HR Generalist Duties: Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain employee records, and assist in policy development.
  • Training and Development: Conduct HR-related training sessions and support employee development programs.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Track HR metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
  • Warehouse/Manufacturing Support: Provide HR support tailored to warehouse/manufacturing environments, ensuring safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with 2 years in employee relations.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, excellent communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
