**Project Manager / Delivery Lead**

SkillStorm is seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Lead for our client in Addison, TX. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

**Job Description:**

* 5-7 years previous experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)

* Strong organizational and planning skills

* Strong leadership skills to lead project team to deliver the technology solution with quality, on-time, and within budget

* Strong communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate project status, issues, risks at all levels including key stakeholders and executives

* Ability to identify, communicate, and drive critical path activities, dependencies, timelines, and resources

* Previous experience managing project budget and financials to execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments

* Ability to drive Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, and controls and meeting project audit requirements

* Risk management and ability to identify potential risks and escalate as needed, remove roadblocks to ensure progress

* Ability to identify all impacted teams, applications, and engage as needed for design, development, testing through to deployment(s)

* Ability to partner with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met

* Ability to identify deployment readiness plans and documentation and ensure deployment timelines and event are coordinated with broader planned release activities and externally impacted application teams

* Proactive in driving team to achieve commitments and results

**Desired Skills:**

* Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.

* Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.

* Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.

* Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.

* Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.

* Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.

* Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.

**Justification:**

* Need delivery lead to support SFI (Legacy Document Management Platform ATMOS Storage); Delivery Lead, is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
