Senior Machinist

Since 1997, their 48,000 sq ft facility houses 24 employees, some with tenure anywhere from 20-25 years. With a growth oriented leadership team, the shop has invested into new technology, currently implementing Esprit into the shop, and looking to double their operation. In this role, you will serve as a technical go-to person in the turning department as you help coach other machinists/operators. What's more, you will influence future machine purchases and be involved in quoting new jobs. The ideal candidate will take parts from cradle to grave on 2 axis lathes and lathes with live tooling to ensure quality parts before the machine operator takes over for prototype and production work. This is a 1st shift position with flexible scheduling from 6:45 AM - 4 PM.
