Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Demonstrated track record of engaging external customers and fostering successful client relationships.
  • Sales Acquisition: Proven experience in acquiring new clients and expanding the company's client base.
  • Project Management Skills: Working knowledge of fundamental project management concepts such as pricing development, cost budget monitoring, and profit calculation.
  • Business Acumen: Clear understanding of financial statements and their application to business operations.
  • Staff Management: Experience in managing technical staff, including hiring, budgeting, employee performance evaluations, and goal setting.

Qualifications:

  • Client Experience: Significant experience serving Power, Energy, and/or Industrial clients.
  • Business Development Background: Strong background in business development within these client sectors.
  • Professional Engineering License (PE): Possession of a Professional Engineering License is required.
