•Fulfilling admin permissions requests o Individual requests and bulk administration •Resetting MFA factors •Walk customers through various technical instructions •Response to Server Alerts •Join Troubleshooting calls •Perform basic troubleshooting steps o Follow scripting o Gather necessary troubleshooting information o Restarting Services / Rebooting Appliances o Escalate when appropriate •Fulfillment of minor server configuration changes: o Adding approved groups to an application o Modification of approved mapping rules •Replace expired certificates

2. •Provide off-hours technical support coverage and first response for CIAM Okta/Auth0 issues/page-outs •Experience with technical large-scale Okta CIAM deployments in an enterprise setting. •Working knowledge of Okta and Auth0 in a CIAM implementation preferred •Working experience implementing applications with modern authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML). •Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions. •Experience with Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira
•Assist with promotion of the application configuration (including any customization to the configuration) to production Okta tenants. •Assist with Okta configuration and test data setup for applications. •Experience and knowledge of identity stores/directories (AD, Oracle LDAP, AD LDS, etc.).
