Digital Merchandising Analyst

Job Description

Work with vendors and cross functional teams to keep all items in healthy working order through the product life cycle. Maintain all items that process through UPC and label changes. Communicate with vendors of item setup needs, maintain life cycle of items which includes troubleshooting item setup and order processing. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage all information provided by vendors to ensure quality/integrity of data to efficiently setup new items into system
  • Work closely with inventory planners on initial item order processing to ensure proper setup in system of all new items
  • Audit sites to ensure images and content are correct and up to date on all items across all digital platforms
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships as interactions will be needed throughout item updates which would include visiting expos to meet with vendors
  • Liaison for line extensions or new brand awareness between CPG's and assortment team
  • Complete life cycle maintenance of products which includes item go live through to item discontinue
  • Ingestion and maintenance of all information for Marketplace items.
  • Travel to work campuses to attend company meetings
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation


Qualifications

Minimum
  • 2+ years' experience in the field or in a related area
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, and macros)
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Experience handling and prioritizing multiple tasks at one time
  • Experience dealing with difficult clients or customers
  • Ability to work independently on complex and confidential tasks
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
