Individual will be responsible for painting of rooms, offices, hallways, interior and exterior patches and minor repairs; maintaining stock for paint department; supervising student painters; and other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience 5 years experience - Demonstrated experience mixing paints and stains, matching existing finishes (flat, matte, semi-gloss, etc.), furniture refinishingDemonstrated ability to work with ladders, scaffold, cherry-picker truckDemonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions -Valid driver's license required and satisfactory driving record. Demonstrated ability to meet all physical job requirements. Ability to supervise student workers.Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.
