Requirements

Essential Functions:

•Clean all building lobbies and common areas including: public and staff restrooms, stairwell, offices, halls, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, salons, library, and exercise room

•Work well with residents and staff

•Coordinate with maintenance and occupancy specialist regarding cleaning vacant apartments

•Mix chemicals for cleaning products

•Comply with Orchard Ridge policies and procedures

•Other duties as assigned

Training:

•Attend all required in-service training

Working Conditions (travel, hours, and environment):

•Ability to work full time on dedicated schedule

Physical /Sensory Requirements (with or without the aid of mechanical devices.)

•Medium work- Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects

•Long periods of standing and walking with occasional sitting

•Frequent bending, stooping, squatting and reaching

•Occasional twisting and kneeling
