CAPTRUST is seeking a Finance Associate to join the Wealth Finance Team to support billing and accounts receivables for CAPTRUSTs rapidly growing wealth client base. As part of the Wealth Finance Team, you will work with a group of highly motivated problem solvers, with support for your professional growth within this team. As an associate, you will be heavily involved in daily communications with Financial Advisors and Client Management Consultants to manage billing for their clients. You will also provide support with data analysis, using various reports in excel to ensure accuracy in billing setup. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with all levels of employees, motivated to grow in their role with the company, can multi-task, and is comfortable using excel. Additionally, the associate will have the unique opportunity to provide ideas for process improvement that will directly impact the teams efficiency. The candidate will maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, be well-organized, service-oriented, collaborative, and accountable while performing under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with billing process for Wealth Clients
  • New Client set up for Wealth business to feed into the billing platform, as well as metrics inside our CRM
  • Assist with quarterly financial analysis tasks and data analysis
  • Assist with processing client receipts and posting to our accounts receivable system
  • Assist with cash reconciliation and accounts receivable
  • Assist with management of Aged Receivables, working closely with our Financial Advisors
  • Assist with project work as needed


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of training and experience required
  • 1 to 3 Years experience in similar role preferred

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft skills specifically Excel/PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter and can prioritize and re-prioritize with little supervision
  • Detail oriented
  • Works well in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
