Job Requirements and Duties: -

Shipping management experience is required -

Excellent communication and leadership skills are required -

Knowledge of WMS, handheld scanners, Microsoft Outlook/Office required -

Must be on time for work daily and dependable -

Overseeing and training shipping employees to ensure orders are prepared and shipped in a timely fashion while complying with

company policies and procedures -

Ensuring shipments are processed efficiently -

Working with Receiving and Replenishment Departments to ensure inventory is available for outgoing shipments -

Reporting to Management shipping activities and issues -

Working with trucking companies to ensure daily pick-ups -

Monday – Friday, 8 am-5 pm, plus overtime when available Company Description A&A Global Industries is a family-owned/operated company founded in 1938.
