Seeking a BE/BC Neurologist to join our team and meet the growing demands for Neurology services in northwest Indiana conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, IL Details: Join a talented team of two physicians that provide a collegial environment and strong mentorship opportunities Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Flexible full-time schedule Average outpatient volume: patients per day Well-established clinic with strong leadership and support Highly skilled mentoring from seasoned physicians providing opportunities for growth Common Diagnoses & Procedures: Coordination problems Muscle weakness Sensation (Neuropathy) Confusion (Dementia) Dizziness Seizures (Epilepsy) Stroke Neuromuscular disorders Lou Gehrig s disease Alzheimer s disease Cluster headaches and migraines Spinal cord disorders Geriatric neurology Parkinson s Botox injections EMG EEG Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation, including income guarantee, with bonus incentives Relocation allowance; commencement and retention packages Paid malpractice 27 days of Allowed Time Off plus five additional paid days for CME with annual stipend Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insurance Retirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a) Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability Customized marketing support Leadership development through board and committee opportunities The Community: Located in beautiful Lake County, IN.
