SUMMARY: As a Senior Electrical Engineer you are responsible for design, development and managing of schematics, BOM, layouts, gerber files and full package readiness for the production. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Certified/proficient Altium Design engineer Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes like design for manufacturability DFM, Design for test DFT and Design for Analysis DFA guidelines Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and circuit design principles Experience with signal integrity analysis and high speed digital circuit design Familiarity with industry standards and specifications for PCB layout and design Expert in RF and battery circuit design and development Ability to efficiently collaborate and communicate with hardware engineers and other cross functional teams Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Understanding of compliance, safety and thermal management considerations for PCB layout design Strong understanding of EMI/EMC and RF considerations for layout design, known issues and mitigation skills Documentation control and management to track schematic design, BOM and layout releases Ability to adapt to fast changing requirements and maintain the flow of information Take ownership of deliverables and guide the team as needed QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering with proven experience in designing multiple products.
