This role is vital in the planning, coordination and execution of natural gas pipeline projects, and regards safety as the highest priority/ppYour work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, youll quickly learn and grow with us./ph3Responsibilities/Expectations:/h3ulliLeads field inspection activities as the designated Chief Inspector on assigned projects/liliPerforms welding inspections as a Williams-qualified Welding Inspector to ensure compliance with standards/liliSupports fabrication and welding quality assurance at the Rock Springs fabrication shop/liliCoordinates with project teams to verify construction quality and adherence to safety protocols/liliTravels to project sites and remains on location for extended durations as needed for project completion/liliAssists in front end construction planning, estimate development and analysis and contract management/liliAssists with QA/QC staffing plans, construction cost/schedule management and liaison activities with our business partners/liliProvides input on contracting strategy and contractor qualification/selection/liliReviews contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims/liliDevelops and runs construction progress reporting/liliPerforms audits of inspection processes and documentation requirements/liliAssists in construction closeout/liliProvides onsite leadership to our inspection team/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3Education/Years of Experience:/h3ulliConstruction Manager I: Required: High School Diploma/GED and CDT (CSI) Certification/liliPreferred: Bachelors degree in Construction Science or Construction Management/liliConstruction Manager II: Required: High School Diploma/GED; minimum of three (3) years related experience and CDT (CSI) Certification/liliPreferred: Bachelors degree in Construction Science or Construction Management/li/ulh3Physical and Environment Work Requirements:/h3pAbility to:/pulliWork in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces/liliCarry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed/liliStand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time/liliWork at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)/liliUse hand tools/li/ulh3Other Requirements:/h3ulliDemonstrates expertise in API 1104 welding processes and inspection requirements/liliHolds or obtains Williams welding inspector certification/liliMust possess valid State Drivers License and clean driving record/liliDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills/li/ulpWhy Choose Williams?
