BHT Supervisor

Responsible for managing day-to-day functions of behavioral health technicians, as well as crisis and behavioral interventions. Responsible for identifying and coordinating client activities. Core Functions: Activity Coordination BHT Management Crisis/Behavioral Management LMA Responsibilities Include: BHT Shift Scheduling Monitoring and approving time off for BHTs Managing call outs and shift coverage Administer Urine analysis and breathalyzers as needed Organizing events for current clients Aiding in implementation of BHT/Clinical behavioral interventions Responding to immediate crisis needs with clients Attends Huddle meetings and provides day to day reports On-Call/After-Hours Phone coverage and availability, as needed Job Type : Full-time Required education : N/A Required experience:

BHT Certification,2-4 years' experience working in a mental health facility Proper Knowledge and Skills : Proper English and grammar, usage and spelling Software application related to the field General offices principles and practices Professional phone and customer service demeanor Physical requirements: Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. Occasional to frequent walking, sitting, standing, driving Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing) Communicable diseases Hot/cold temperatures Environmental conditions may vary Required licenses or certifications : Can obtain through Victory Bay after hiring if not obtained prior.
