Business Analyst

Summary:

Client is seeking a Business Analyst (BI) who is passionate about data, analytics, science, and automation. Our team seeks to Invent & Simplify solutions that increase the speed and quality of decision-making through econometric research and models, business process automation, business analysis and reporting, and cloud computing infrastructure. In this role, you will have the opportunity to touch every aspect of our business from launch strategy to procurement to customer delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
May lead and direct the work of others.
May report directly to a project lead or manager.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Must Have Skills:

Experience writing code: open to codes languages- Java, Python,
4-6 years of SQL experience
Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

Master's degree in statistics, data science, or an equivalent quantitative field
Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
Experience with AWS technologies

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
