Job Description Role : QA Automation Test Engineer Experience :10+years Location: Delhi ( WFO) Objective: The company is looking for a seasoned product management professional who can guide the development, launch, and continuous improvement of a product or product lines in the firm, and act as the bridge between business, technology and user experience. The individual should build and lead the vertical specific product teams, collaborate across functions, and bring fresh strategic thinking to the business. Qualifications and aptitude: ? Bachelor's degree in computer science. An advanced degree is preferred. ? Proven experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years of experience in a QA lead or senior automation QA role. ? Understanding of Agile/ Scrum methodologies ? Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing a team of QAengineers. ? Expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and practices, including manual testing, automated testing, and performance testing. ? Good expertise in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. ? Proficiency in Robot framework. ? Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Responsibilities ? Design and develop automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Robot Framework , based on project requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. ? Maintain and enhance automated test suites, ensuring they remain up-to-date, reliable, and scalable as the application evolves. ? Collaborate with development teams to create automated test cases, providing detailed bug reports and test results. ? Integrate automated tests into our continuous integration and delivery pipelines to enable automated build verification and deployment validation. ? Configure and maintain test automation infrastructure, including test environments, test data management, and test execution environments. ? Monitor test execution, investigate failures, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the stability and reliability of automated test runs. Requirements Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG ,CI/CD
