**WHO YOU ARE**

You are responsible for working with the Expo to deliver food to the proper tables and positions, as well as assist the bartenders with ice refill, glassware and other necessities, clearing tables as soon as customers leave the restaurant, and work closely with dishwashers to ensure that there are always clean plates and flatware available for each table.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

* Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next party

* Arrange tables for large parties and prepare the banquet hall for scheduled gatherings

* Observe tables and alert servers if guest needs anything

* Deliver food to the correct tables and positions

* Communicate with guests to ensure proper meal has been served

* Communicate with expo/server any customer issues

* Assist the bartenders in restocking the bar through the shift

* Promote a positive perception of the company at all times both internally and in public

* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

**WHAT WE NEED (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)**

**Experience and/or Training** - Basic math skills required, legible handwriting, teamwork, strong customer service and oral communication skills

**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The position may require occasional lifting of products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Protective Clothing Required: Non-slip shoes

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

This position operates in a restaurant setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
