Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interview customer regarding loan origination by telephone and in person.
  • Input loans on Encompass and Innovistar.
  • Loan Product Advisor management.
  • Answer questions and assist loan officers on any technical support problems on Encompass and Innovistar.
  • Assist on IBS Insight uploads for mortgage loan in Loan Administration.
  • Train loan officer on the use of Encompass and Innovistar.
  • May perform personnel performance reviews, set goals; recommend new hires, terminations, and salary increases.
  • New business development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, etc., for loan origination referral.
  • Conduct seminars for realtors and appraisers.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Bank's written policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money laundering policies.
  • Ensures all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
  • Position normally requires a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent to provide basic familiarity with a variety of subjects such as: finance, economics, English, business law, marketing, statistics, etc.
  • Over six and up to twelve months of experience.
  • Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of Word, EXCEL and other applicable software.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Notary Public.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must have (or obtain during the first 30 days of employment) a valid NMLS number.
  • Must complete annual mandatory SAFE Act training through Regulatory University.
  • Knowledge of governmental rules and regulations.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Normal office conditions.
  • Some travel required.
