Job Description: As the AI Engineer at SaaSWorks, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in pioneering the integration of AI technologies into our products and services. You will work closely with the founders and the head of engineering to develop innovative AI solutions that drive our company's growth and success. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities

: Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions across various aspects of our business Collaborate closely with the founders and the head of engineering to define AI strategy and roadmap Design and build AI models and algorithms to address business challenges and opportunities Explore and experiment with cutting-edge AI techniques and technologies Develop and deploy AI-powered applications and services Work independently as the sole AI engineer, taking ownership of projects from concept to production Continuously optimize and improve AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research and tools Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members on AI-related topics Requirements

: Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn Familiarity with building and deploying AI models in cloud environments Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Bonus Skills: Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision Knowledge of reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks (GANs) Familiarity with AIaaS (AI as a Service) platforms and tools Previous experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment Ability to build and manage data pipelines for AI projects Entrepreneurial skills.
