We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing company as we celebrate our 26th anniversary of being a therapist owned and operated employer of choice in the state of Iowa.

This position is consistent PRNThe ideal candidate is responsible and can grow a caseload. Memory care units are also included.

The candidate must be a passionate clinician with excellent clinical skills dedicated to the highest levels of evidence-based outcomes for those we have the honor of treating. The candidate:
•Must have experience developing Part B or outpatient caseloads and programs independently,
•Must love the senior living population
•Must have a creative interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Creative dementia possible care experience as well as Vital Stim and dysphagia certifications a plus

Education: Graduate Degree from an accredited SLP program required. CCC-SLP required for some settings.

Licensure: Licensed in the State of Iowa or in process of application, CPR certification

NIT has locations throughout the state delivering care in SNF's, outpatient centers, peds, day care centers, hospitals and post-acute facilities.
