The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and advice.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax legislation to provide proactive advice and solutions.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by identifying business development opportunities and participating in networking events.
- Work closely with the Partner group to implement strategic initiatives and drive firm success.
Requirements:
- CPA certification is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong technical skills in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
